Image and interface translation[ܫܚܠܦ]

I cannot upload the image myself, someone higher has to do it. I've added a request on Meta for it to be uploaded, but it may take some time before someone notices the request. As for the interface, most of the language Wikipedia uses is very technical and modern. Translating it into Aramaic may be difficult since the language is very old and there aren't many native speakers. Also, it seems the place where I'm supposed to translate the interface (special:allmessages) can't be edited (at least from here), even by a sysop. --3345345335534 16:00, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

Re: Turkish[ܫܚܠܦ]

In Assyrian Neo-Aramaic (the dialect I write in), it's acceptable to call the Iraqi Turkmen language (Azerbaijani) "Turkish" (leeshanit turkaye), similar to "German language" in English (which may refer to Standard German, Low German, Alemannic German, etc.). --3345345335534 01:09, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
